Most commercial trucks and buses are fitted with a tachograph to record driving time, speed, distance travelled, and driver activity. Under Irish legislation, tachographs must be inspected every two years and undergo a full calibration every six years to ensure they remain accurate and compliant.

At Kilkenny Truck Centre, we are fully approved by the National Standards Authority of Ireland (NSAI) to carry out tachograph inspections, testing, and calibration services. Our experienced technicians are qualified to work on Smart, Digital, and Analogue tachographs, delivering professional inspections, calibrations, repairs, and expert technical support.
